Welcome to the Marion County's internet video visitation for families and friends of inmates.
Since this is the holiday season, Eyconix encourages ALL new users to set up test visits in advance with Eyconix personnel if they expect to have a large family gathering for a visit with your inmate. Please call 513.827.8300 or email info@eyconix.com.
Visitation has begun throughout various pods within the jail. If your inmate's name is listed, then visitation is available. If the name is NOT listed, then machines are not live in that area.
This system will allow you to visit with your inmate who is currently incarcerated at this facility. Inmates can visit with family or friends in 15 minute or 30 minute blocks of time, but you have to schedule the visit 24 hours in advance.
Marion County requires you to schedule your inmates at least 24 hours in advance. If this does not occur and you try to schedule visits on the same day, you do so at your own risk with no refund of a no show inmate.
You can visit with your inmate from anywhere in the world as long as you have:
- a computer
- internet access
- an email account
- a webcam
- a credit card
This allows you to save gas money, have more visits, and know in advance that you will definitely see your inmate at a set time unless there is a security issue at the jail.
Any visitation can happen from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access. You can have the visit from your living room, office, or public library.

The Marion County detention facility has the right to terminate the software application in the event of a facility emergency, misuse of the system, or within the normal rules of visitation policies. All users of this site must comply with specific rules associated with their relationship to the inmate. All visits may be recorded. By using this system, you automatically agree that recordings are the property of Marion County Sheriff and Eyconix, LLC and you are not entitled to compensation.
